Tropical Raspberry Salad

- 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Raspberry Hazelnut Vinaigrette Dressing
- 6 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks in 100% juice, drained
- 1 kiwi, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts, chopped, (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. flaked coconut, toasted
- Toss 1/4 cup Wish-Bone® Raspberry Hazelnut Vinaigrette Dressing with spinach in serving bowl or on platter. Top with pineapple, kiwi and red onion.
- To serve, drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup Dressing and sprinkle with nuts and coconut. Serve, if desired with additional Dressing..
