Summer Cobb Salad

Ingredients   Serves 2-4

2 cups diced cooked chicken
½ cup Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing
1 ¼ cups (or 10 ounce bag) chopped Romaine lettuce
2 tablespoons toasted almonds
½ cup fresh blackberries
2 diced hardboiled eggs
½ cup diced avocado
½ cup fresh raspberries
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese


Arrange lettuce over large platter. Place almonds, blackberries, eggs, chicken, avocado, raspberries and blue cheese in rows over top. Drizzle with Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing and enjoy.

Chef”s tip: Use refrigerated fully cooked chicken or store bought rotisserie chicken and dice or shred to equal 2 cups.
