Riced Cauliflower Salad with Sweet Corn, Beans and Jalapeno

Ingredients   Serving Size: 6

  • 1 bag Birds Eye® Riced Cauliflower cooked according to package directions
  • 1 bag Birds Eye® Steamfresh Sweet Corn, cooked according to package directions
  • 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Avocado Oil Garden Herb Dressing
  • 1 can (15.5 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
