Ranch Potato Salad Primavera

Ingredients Serving Size: 8
- 4 cups red potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch pieces, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup cooked broccoli florets
- 1 small yellow squash, quartered lengthwise and thinly sliced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup Wish-Bone Light® Ranch Dressing
- Toss all ingredients in large bowl. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Chill 2 hours before serving.
*SUBSTITUTION: Use 4 cups cooked and cooled pasta. Also terrific with Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing.
