Pear & Walnut Salad

Ingredients   Serving Size: 4

  • 3 cups spring salad mix [or torn green leaf and/or romaine lettuce]
  • 2 medium red pears [or apples], cored and cut into thin wedges
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 1/4 cup Wish-Bone Light® Italian Dressing


  1. Arrange lettuce, pears and walnuts on serving platter.
  2. Drizzle with Wish-Bone Light® Italian Dressing and serve immediately.
