Pan Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Bacon

Ingredients Serves 8
6 slices bacon, chopped
½ cup finely chopped sweet onion
2 bags Birds Eye® Steamfresh Brussels Sprouts, cooked according to package directions
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- Brown bacon and onion in large nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
- Add prepared Brussels Sprouts and cook, stirring occasionally 5 minutes or until starting to brown. Stir in Italian dressing and heat through. Season with black pepper.
