Italian Tuna Salad

- 2 cans (6 oz. ea.) tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped
- 3/4 cup celery, sliced
- 1/4 cup pimientos, drained and chopped, (optional)
- 1/3 cup Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- Combine tuna, onion, cucumber, celery and pimiento. Add Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing and eggs and toss gently; chill.
- Serve, if desired, on lettuce leaves, with crackers or on bread for a sandwich.
