Italian Pasta Salad Provencale

- 1 package (16 oz.) whole wheat bow tie pasta
- 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces*
- 1 large tomato, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion [or yellow onion]
- 3/4 cup Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing
- Cook bow ties according to package directions, adding asparagus during last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.
- Combine bow ties, asparagus, tomato and onion in large bowl. Add Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing; toss well. Sprinkle, if desired, with Parmesan cheese. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
