Hearty Ranch Salad

Ingredients Makes 8 side-dishes
- 8 cups Boston lettuce leaves [or Romaine lettuce], torn into pieces
- 8 ounces cooked shrimp
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
- 1 carrot, sliced diagonally
- 4 ounces snow peas (about 1 cup), blanched and cut into thirds
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup Wish-Bone Light® Ranch Dressing
- Combine all ingredients except Wish-Bone Light® Ranch Dressing in large salad bowl. Add Dressing and toss gently.
