Grilled Chicken with Pear & Walnut Salad
Serving Size: 4
- 3 cups torn green leaf lettuce leaves
- 2 medium red pears, cored and cut into thin wedges
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, grilled or broiled
- 1/4 cup Wish-Bone® Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
- Layer lettuce, pears and walnuts on serving platter. Slice chicken, then arrange on salad.
- Drizzle with Wish-Bone® Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing and serve immediately.
