Grilled Chicken Pita Sandwiches

Ingredients   Serving Size: 4

  • 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, grilled or broiled and cut in strips
  • 2 slices lowfat turkey bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Wish-Bone® Fat Free! Italian Dressing [or Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing]
  • 2 large pita breads, halved
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 small tomato, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded Monterey Jack cheese with Jalapeno peppers


  1. Combine grilled chicken, bacon and Wish-Bone® Fat Free! Italian Dressing in medium bowl; set aside.
  2. Line each pita half with lettuce and tomato; evenly stuff with chicken mixture. Evenly sprinkle with cheese.
