One Bowl Wonder: Green Goodness Chicken Salad

Ingredients Serves 4
- 12 oz. Tyson® Fully Cooked Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips, prepared according to package directions and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing, divided
- 1 large seedless cucumber, cut into ribbons with peeler
- 1 avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Italian parsley leaves
- 1 cup sweet baby peas, blanched
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pistachio nuts
- Toss Chicken with ¼ cup Italian dressing in medium bowl.
- Arrange chicken on cucumber ribbons and top with remaining ingredients.
- Drizzle with remaining dressing.
