Green Chili Rice

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, undrained
  • 1/4 cup Wish-Bone Light® Italian Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in 2-1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat and cook onion, garlic and chili powder, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat through.
