Gingered Quinoa Salad

Ingredients   Serving Size: 4

  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 2/3 cup quinoa
  • 1/2 cup chopped grapefruit sections
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 3 Tbsp. Wish-Bone® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. golden raisins, (optional)


  1. Bring water to a boil over high heat in medium saucepan. Add quinoa and return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook covered 12 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat, fluff and let stand covered 15 minutes.
  2. Combine quinoa with remaining ingredients except raisins. Sprinkle with raisins.
