Ginger-Laced Italian Rice Salad

Ingredients   Serving Size: 6

  • 1 cup whole grain brown rice
  • 1/2 cup Wish-Bone Light® Italian Dressing
  • 2 cups mixed dried fruit, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. candied or crystallized ginger
  • 1 tsp. grated orange peel
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted


  1. Combine all ingredients in serving bowl. Season, if desired, with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature or chill, if desired.
