Easy Vegetable ‘N Fish Pouches Italiano

Ingredients   Serving Size: 4

  • 4 firm fish fillets, (flounder, cod or halibut), (about 1 lb.)
  • 1 carrot, cut into very thin strips
  • 1 rib celery, cut into very thin strips (optional)
  • 1 small red onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 8 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Wish-Bone Light® Italian Dressing


  1. Evenly divide fish on four 9 x 18-inch pieces heavy-duty aluminum foil, then top with vegetables and Wish-Bone Light® Italian Dressing . Wrap foil loosely around fillets and vegetables, sealing edges airtight with double fold. Let stand 15 minutes to marinate.
  2. Grill or broil pouches, seam-side-up, 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
