Easy Vegetable ‘N Fish Pouches Italiano

- 4 firm fish fillets, (flounder, cod or halibut), (about 1 lb.)
- 1 carrot, cut into very thin strips
- 1 rib celery, cut into very thin strips (optional)
- 1 small red onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 medium zucchini
- 8 mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup Wish-Bone Light® Italian Dressing
- Evenly divide fish on four 9 x 18-inch pieces heavy-duty aluminum foil, then top with vegetables and Wish-Bone Light® Italian Dressing . Wrap foil loosely around fillets and vegetables, sealing edges airtight with double fold. Let stand 15 minutes to marinate.
- Grill or broil pouches, seam-side-up, 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
