One Bowl Wonder: Contemporary Chopped Chicken Salad

Ingredients Serves 4
- 12 oz. Tyson® Fully Cooked Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips, prepared according to package directions and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup cooked edamame
- 1 avocado, peeled, pit removed and diced
- 2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
- 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
- ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 bag (6 oz.) mixed salad greens (kale, spinach, arugula and/or Power greens)
- 4 cups chopped romaine leaves
- 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing
- Combine all ingredients except Italian dressing in large bowl.
- Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
