Chopped Fiesta Garden Salad

Ingredients   Serving Size: 5

  • 7 cups torn romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium red or green bell pepper
  • 1 can (15 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (15.5 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, (about 8 oz.)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing


  1. Combine all ingredients except Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing in large serving bowl. Just before serving, drizzle with Dressing. Garnish, if desired, with tortilla chips.
