Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, until onion is crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in broth and ketchup. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and add pork. Simmer covered, turning once, until pork is done, about 20 minutes. Remove pork and let stand 5 minutes. Continue cooking sauce, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Shred pork, then stir into skillet. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/4 cup Wish-Bone® Chipotle Ranch Dressing.
Combine coleslaw with remaining 1/4 cup Dressing in medium bowl. Evenly divide pork mixture on rolls, then top with coleslaw.
