Chicken Cobb Salad

Ingredients   Serving Size: 4

  • 8 cups torn romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved (about 1 pt.)
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, cut into wedges
  • 1 avocado, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup bacon, crisp-cooked crumbled (about 4 slices) or bacon bits
  • 3/4 cup Wish-Bone® Creamy Blue Cheese with Gorgonzola Dressing


  1. Arrange lettuce on large serving platter. Top with chicken, tomatoes, eggs, avocado and bacon. Just before serving, drizzle with Wish-Bone® Creamy Blue Cheese with Gorgonzola Dressing.
