Chicken BLT Salad
Serving Size: 4
- 6 cups torn Boston lettuce leaves, (about 8 oz.)
- 2 cups sliced grilled chicken, (about 8 oz.)
- 2 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup grape tomatoes [or cherry tomatoes], halved
- 1 cup shredded fat free cheddar cheese, (about 4 oz.)
- 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Thousand Island Dressing
- Combine all ingredients except Wish-Bone® Thousand Island Dressing in large bowl; chill. Just before serving, toss with Dressing.
