Chicken BLT Salad

Ingredients   Serving Size: 4

  • 6 cups torn Boston lettuce leaves, (about 8 oz.)
  • 2 cups sliced grilled chicken, (about 8 oz.)
  • 2 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes [or cherry tomatoes], halved
  • 1 cup shredded fat free cheddar cheese, (about 4 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Thousand Island Dressing

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except Wish-Bone® Thousand Island Dressing in large bowl; chill. Just before serving, toss with Dressing.
