Buffalo Ranch Chicken Salad

Ingredients Serving Size: 4
- 8 cups torn romaine lettuce leaves
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrot
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 4 cups leftover sliced chicken* (about 1 lb.)
- 4 tsp. cayenne pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing
- Arrange lettuce on serving platter. Sprinkle with tomatoes, carrots, celery and cucumber.
- Toss chicken with cayenne pepper sauce, then arrange on salad.
- Just before serving, drizzle withWish-Bone® Ranch Dressing.
