Buffalo Ranch Chicken Pasta Salad

- 8 ounces whole wheat farfalle pasta [or spiral pasta]
- 3 cups cut-up cooked chicken (about 1 pound)
- 1 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot (about 1 large carrot)
- 3/4 cup Wish-Bone® Buffalo Ranch Dressing
- Cook farfalle according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.
- Toss farfalle with remaining ingredients in large serving bowl. Serve chilled or at room temperature and, if desired, on a bed of lettuce, garnished with celery leaves.
