Broccoli Salad Pita Pockets

Ingredients Makes 4 servings
- 1 bag Birds Eye® Steamfresh Broccoli Florets, cooked according to package directions and cooled
- ½ cup Wish-Bone® Ranch Salad Dressing
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese, diced
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
- 2 Tbsp. raisins or cranberries
- 4 pita breads, halved
- Lettuce leaves
- Combine Broccoli Florets, Ranch Dressing, cheese, onion and raisins.
- Line pita breads with lettuce leaves and fill with broccoli salad.
