Blue Cheese Shrimp Salad

Ingredients   Makes 2 cups

  • 1 cup chopped cooked shrimp (about 1/2 lb. uncooked)
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup Wish-Bone® Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
  • 0 Pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Serve, if desired, on greens, on French bread for a sandwich or as an appetizer on French bread rounds.
