Balsamic Glazed Baked Cod

- 6 cod fillets (4 oz. ea.)
- 1 cup Wish-Bone® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
- 1 bag (10 oz.) spring salad mix (about 6 cups)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Preheat oven to 425°. On aluminum-foil-lined baking sheet, arrange cod; brush with 2 tablespoons Wish-Bone® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing. Bake 15 minutes or until cod flakes with a fork.
- On large serving platter, arrange salad mix. Top with cod, then drizzle remaining Dressing and garnish with green onions.
