Balsamic Chicken, Apple & Cheddar Salad

Ingredients Serves 4
6 cups assorted baby greens
1 lb. cooked chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
2 cups cubed Cheddar cheese (about 8 oz.)
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
¼ cup dried cranberries
2 Tbsp. chopped toasted pecans
- Arrange baby greens on a large serving platter. Top with remaining ingredients except dressing.
- Just before serving drizzle with Balsamic Vinaigrette.
