Asian Green Beans

Ingredients   Serving Size: 4

  • 1 lb. green beans, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup Wish-Bone Light® Italian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chow mein noodles (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine green beans, Wish-Bone Light® Italian Dressing, water, soy sauce, sugar and ginger in a large skillet. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook, covered, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until beans are nearly tender. Uncover and cook 2 minutes until sauce thickens. To serve, top with chow mein noodles.
