Apple Almond Chicken Salad

Ingredients   Serves 2-4

6 ounces Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Frozen Chicken Breast Strips, diced and prepared according to package directions
½ cup Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing
1 cup dry couscous, cooked according to package instructions
¼ cup fresh Italian parsley leaves, packed
¼ cup celery leaves, packed
½ cup diced green apples
½ cup quartered green grapes
¼ cup diced celery
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons toasted almonds


  1. Cook couscous according to package instructions.
  2. Toss couscous with parsley and celery leaves and arrange over large platter. Place chicken, apples, grapes, celery, cheese and almonds over top. Drizzle with Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing and enjoy.
