Antipasto Salad

Ingredients   Serving Size: 4

  • 8 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 jar (350 mL) marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 package (8 oz.) mozzarella cheese, cut into strips
  • 4 ounces salami [or pepperoni]
  • 1 cup pitted ripe olives
  • 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
  • 1/3 cup roasted red peppers, cut into strips
  • 1 cup Wish-Bone® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing


  1. Combine all ingredients except Wish-Bone® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing in large salad bowl; cover and chill.
  2. Just before serving, toss with Dressing. Serve, if desired, with crusty Italian bread.

Also terrific with Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing or Wish-Bone® Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing.
