Cook bacon in large nonstick skillet 8 minutes or until crisp. Stir in brown sugar until melted; remove bacon mixture and set aside.
Heat olive oil in same skillet over low heat and cook garlic, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 30 seconds. Stir in chili powder and shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Toss shrimp with chili sauce in small bowl.
Add salad mix in salad bowl. Top with avocado, tomato, bacon, onion, pine nuts and, if desired, salt and ground black pepper. Spritz with Wish-Bone® Salad Spritzers® Balsamic Breeze® Vinaigrette Dressing. Top with shrimp mixture and cheese.
