Raspberry & Watermelon Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 cups spring salad mix
  • 1-1/2 cups watermelon balls
  • 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
  • 2/3 cup raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese
  • 40 sprays Wish-Bone® Salad Spritzers® Raspberry Bliss® Vinaigrette Dressing

Directions

  1. Combine salad mix, watermelon, avocado, raspberries and mint in large bowl.
  2. Evenly divide salad mixture on 4 salad plates, then sprinkle with almonds and cheese. Evenly spritz with Wish-Bone® Salad Spritzers® Raspberry Bliss® Vinaigrette Dressing.
