Warm Portobello Mushroom Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 8 ounces portobello mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 green onions, sliced
  • 6 cups mesclun or mixed salad greens (about 6 oz.)
  • 1/8 tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 40 sprays Wish-Bone® Salad Spritzers® Balsamic Breeze® Vinaigrette Dressing

Directions

  1. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Stir in green onions and keep warm.
  2. On serving plates, arrange greens, then top with mushrooms and sprinkle with pepper. Just before serving spritz with Dressing.
