3/4 cup Wish-Bone Light® Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
4 cups mixed salad greens
1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup snow peas, sliced
2 green onions, sliced
Directions
Combine scallops with crushed red pepper flakes and 1/4 cup of Wish-Bone Light® Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing in a large bowl. Grill or broil scallops, turning once, 8 minutes or until scallops turn opaque.
Arrange remaining ingredients except Dressing and 1/2 of the green onion on large serving platter. Top with scallops. Just before serving, drizzle with remaining Dressing and sprinkle with remaining green onion.
