1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined (12 shrimp)
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
2 medium red bell peppers, cut into 2-inch pieces
4 cups mixed salad greens
1/3 cup Wish-Bone® Western® Original Dressing
Directions
Alternately thread shrimp, pineapple and red pepper on 4 skewers. Brush with 2 tablespoons Wish-Bone® Western® Original Dressing. Grill or broil, turning once, 6 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Arrange over greens, then top with remaining Dressing.
