Smoked Turkey, Cheddar & Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (5 oz.) baby spinach leaves
  • 1 head endive
  • 1 lb. cooked smoked turkey, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 cups cubed cheddar cheese (about 8 oz.)
  • 1 large Granny Smith apple, cubed
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup Wish-Bone Light® Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette Dressing

Directions

  1. Arrange spinach and endive leaves on large serving platter. Top with turkey, cheese and apple. Sprinkle with cranberries, then nuts. Just before serving, drizzle with Wish-Bone Light® Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette Dressing.
