Easy Asian Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded Napa cabbage or iceberg lettuce
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup thinly sliced snow peas
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 3/4 cup Wish-Bone Light® Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except peanuts in large serving bowl, refrigerate one hour, remove and sprinkle with peanuts.
