Easy Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded Napa cabbage or iceberg lettuce
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
  • 1 large red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup thinly sliced snow peas
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 3/4 cup Wish-Bone Light® Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except peanuts in large serving bowl, refrigerate one hour, remove and sprinkle with peanuts.
