Asian Beef Satay Salad

Ingredients

  • 1- lb. boneless sirloin steak, very thinly sliced
  • 6 cups torn romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes
  • 1/4 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Wish-Bone Light® Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing

Directions

  1. Thread steak on skewer. Grill or broil until desired doneness.
  2. Arrange lettuce on serving platter, then top with radishes and steak. Just before serving, sprinkle with peanuts and green onions, then drizzle with Wish-Bone Light® Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing.
