2 medium carrots, julienned (1/8- x 1/8- x 3-inch strips)
1 cup bean sprouts
1- lb. boneless flank or skirt steak, grilled and thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped cashews
1/2 cup Wish-Bone Light® Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing
Directions
Arrange spinach on serving platter, then top with cucumber, carrots, sprouts and steak. Just before serving, sprinkle with cashews, then drizzle with Wish-Bone Light® Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing.
