Pulled Pork Trackside Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 cups torn romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 cups shredded cooked pulled pork or 1 container (18 oz.) barbecue shredded pork, heated*
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
  • 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • Plain tortilla chips, crushed
  • 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing

Directions

  1. Arrange lettuce on serving platter, then top with pork, cheese, avocado and onion. Sprinkle with tortilla chips, then drizzle with Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing.
