Raspberry Shrimp & Grapes Over Greens

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Raspberry Hazelnut Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 6 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 bunch watercress, stems removed (about 2 cups loosely packed)
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 lb. cooked medium shrimp, tails removed
  • 1 cup red and/or green grapes, halved

Directions

  1. Toss 1/4 cup Wish-Bone® Raspberry Hazelnut Vinaigrette Dressing with greens, watercress and onion in large serving bowl or platter.
  2. Toss shrimp and grapes with remaining 1/4 cup Dressing in medium bowl. To serve, arrange shrimp and grapes on greens. Serve, if desired, with additional Dressing.
