Salmon Salad With Cucumber & Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 cups torn romaine lettuce (about 7 oz.)
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups cooked and flaked salmon or tuna

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except salmon.
  2. On large serving platter, arrange salad, then top with salmon. Drizzle, if desired, with additional Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
