1 cup Wish-Bone® Robusto Italian or Italian Dressing
3/4 lb. boneless lean flank steak
8 cups arugula or baby spinach leaves, rinsed and patted dry
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
4 slices whole wheat bread
Directions
Pour 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Robusto Italian Dressing over steak in large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag; turn to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 3 to 24 hours.
Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil steak, turning once and brushing with 1/4 cup Dressing, until steak is desired doneness.
Toss arugula and onion with remaining 1/4 cup Dressing in large bowl. Top with thinly sliced steak and drizzle, if desired, with additional Dressing. Serve with bread.
