4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
2 medium red bell peppers, quartered
1 large red onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1 cup Wish-Bone® Western® Original Dressing
1 package (12 oz.) mixed salad greens
Directions
Grill or broil chicken, red peppers and onion, turning once, 12 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are tender, brushing with 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Western® Original Dressing during last 5 minutes of grilling.
Slice red peppers and onions; toss with remaining 1/2 cup Dressing and salad greens. To serve, slice chicken and arrange over mixed greens.
