4 firm fish fillets (flounder, cod or halibut), (about 1 lb.)
1 carrot, cut into very thin strips
1 rib celery, cut into very thin strips (optional)
1 small red onion, cut into thin wedges
1 medium zucchini or yellow squash, sliced (optional)
8 mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup Wish-Bone Light® Italian Dressing
Directions
Evenly divide fish on four 9 x 18-inch pieces heavy-duty aluminum foil, then top with vegetables and Wish-Bone Light® Italian Dressing. Wrap foil loosely around fillets and vegetables, sealing edges airtight with double fold. Let stand 15 minutes to marinate.
Grill or broil pouches, seam-side-up, 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
