Pour Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing over shrimp in large, shallow nonaluminum broiler pan. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, at least 2 hours.
Broil shrimp with Dressing in broiler pan, without the rack, turning and basting frequently, until shrimp turn pink. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh parsley. Serve, if desired, with hot cooked rice.
