4 medium all-purpose potatoes, cut in large wedges (about 2 lbs.)
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°. In 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, combine all ingredients until evenly coated.
Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Serve, if desired, with additional dressing for dipping.
