Ranch Potato Salad Primavera
Ingredients
- 4 cups cut into 1/2-inch pieces, cooked red potatoes, cooled*
- 1 cup cooked broccoli florets
- 1 small yellow squash, quartered lengthwise thinly sliced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup Wish-Bone Light® Ranch Dressing
Directions
- Toss all ingredients in large bowl. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Chill 2 hours before serving.
