Mini Reubens

Ingredients

• 24 slices party-size rye bread, toasted
• 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Thousand Island Dressing
• 1-1/2 cups sauerkraut, drained and chopped
• 12 thin slices corned beef, halved
• 12 thin slices Swiss cheese, halved

Directions

1. Spread 1 teaspoon Wish-Bone® Thousand Island Dressing, 1 tablespoon sauerkraut and 1/2 slice each corned beef and cheese on each bread slice. Arrange on baking sheet and broil until cheese is melted.
