Dad's Barbecue Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 cup Wish-Bone® Italian or Robusto Dressing
• 1/4 cup dry white wine
• 2 tsp. prepared mustard
• 2- to 2-1/2- lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
• 2 green onions, chopped (optional)

Directions

1. Blend Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing, wine and mustard in large shallow baking dish; reserve 1/4 cup. Add chicken and green onions to baking dish; turn to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, at least 3 hours.
2. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil chicken, turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade, 35 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
